Our builds are made to order, so the point of no return is the day we start manufacturing. Everything before that is fully refundable.
Cancel any time before manufacturing begins and you get a full refund. Once we start building, the sale is final. Manufacturing typically begins 7 to 10 business days after your order is confirmed, and we email you when it does.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin the design and planning work for your build.

Once your build is in production, all sales are final and refunds are no longer available. Because each unit is cut and assembled to your configuration, we cannot return the materials to stock.
You will receive an email notification when manufacturing begins, along with an estimated production timeline, so the cutoff is never a surprise.
If your build arrives with a defect or is damaged in transit, that is a separate matter from a refund and we will work with you to put it right. See our warranty for repair and replacement terms.
