Our saunas, cold plunges, and showers are built to order against the configuration you select. Once manufacturing begins, purchases are final and non-refundable. Full cancellation terms are on our refund policy page.
The heaters supplied with our saunas are independently certified. The Homecraft Revive is ETL-certified to CSA and UL standards; HUUM units carry their own certification. The sauna room is assembled on site and its wiring completed in the field by a licensed electrician, so the certification applies to the heater assembly rather than to the room as a finished appliance.
Requirements for permitting, inspection, and insurance vary between municipalities. Confirm what applies at your address before ordering, and engage a licensed electrician for all electrical work and a qualified professional for site preparation.
Where a wood-burning stove is installed, insurers commonly require a WETT inspection of the completed installation. This is carried out by a WETT-certified professional and is arranged by the owner; it is not supplied with the product.
Prices shown on this site are product prices for the configuration selected. Shipping, delivery, and installation are quoted separately and depend on your address and site access. A configuration priced on this site is an estimate, not a binding quote, until we confirm it in writing.
We deliver and install across British Columbia and ship Canada-wide. You are responsible for ensuring the site is ready and accessible on the agreed delivery date, including a level and load-bearing base and a clear route for the unit. Additional costs from an unprepared or inaccessible site may be charged.
Saunas and cold plunges involve extremes of temperature. Follow the instructions supplied with your build. Do not use a sauna after drinking alcohol. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or take medication, speak to your doctor first. Children should not use a sauna unsupervised.
Products carry a one-year residential warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, subject to the maintenance requirements set out on our warranty page.
