We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of what we build. This page sets out what is covered, what is not, and what you need to do to keep coverage in place.
Pacific Tide warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one (1) year from the date the product is received by the original purchaser.
Any part we replace under warranty is covered for whatever remains of the original period, or 365 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.
Coverage depends on the routine maintenance set out in your assembly and maintenance manual. Skipping it can void this warranty.
None of this is onerous, but the coastal climate here is hard on untreated wood, and the difference between a sauna that looks good in year eight and one that does not is mostly this list.
This warranty applies to residential use by the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Pacific Tide and associated retailers are not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from use or misuse of the product.
The heaters supplied with our saunas are independently certified, and the room is wired on site by a licensed electrician. Confirm local permit and inspection requirements before installing, and use a qualified professional for site preparation. Where a wood-burning stove is installed, your insurer may require a WETT inspection.
Contact us with your order details and photographs of the issue and we will take it from there. We would rather hear about a problem early than have you work around it.
We can answer questions about which model fits, installs, delivery, and timelines before you commit to anything.
